We offer two distinct experiences with clearly separated pricing: On-site Events 2027 (SFR + NPC — identical pricing and deals for both events; higher rates for travel/setup) and Branson Studio (lower rates, scenes pre-set year-round in 2027+). All sessions are exactly 20 minutes. The $75 non-refundable booking fee is part of the total pre-booked price (already includes 10% off) and secures your slot(s) + locks the pricing. Balance due at the event by cash, check, or card. Studio books at https://www.osphotography.net/book-now (pay in full at booking, no $75 fee like events). Add website bundles or video add-ons in the form or at booking.
2027 EVENTS ONLY

Event Pricing (On-Site at the Conventions)
Higher rates reflect on-site setup, travel, and limited time slots during vendor showcases. Pricing and packages are identical for both 2027 events — SFR (Gatlinburg, May 13–16) and NPC (Edmond OK, Feb 18–21). Select your event and dates in the booking form. The $75 non-refundable booking fee is part of the total pre-booked price (already includes the 10% off) and secures your slot(s) + locks the pricing. Balance due at the event by cash, check, or card. All event packages are exactly one 20-minute session (back-to-back slots respecting published schedules/breaks). We capture variety across available scenes during your slot — you select your final images from the full gallery afterward. Scenes finalized ~8 weeks before each event (SUBJECT TO CHANGE); email sent to everyone who prebooked. Live slot picker in the prebook form.

Studio Pricing (New Dedicated Branson Studio)
More convenient & affordable. Our four signature scenes are already built, lit, and ready in the new Branson studio (fully available year-round starting 2027). Lower rates because no travel or on-site event logistics for us. Easier scheduling, pre-set scenes for faster/more flexible sessions. 2026 studio sessions require at least 1 week advance notice for full setup.
